Its all just about putting calm and positive images in your head. If you can, take the day off and watch a cooking channel or something relaxing and dull. It doesn't sound like too much fun, but it works, at least for me it does.

You are going to be just fine. Something sparked a little anxiety in you and now your mind is focusing on all of the heartache that you had before in beating this. You will not be plagued by panic attacks again. See if you can figure out what sparked the anxiety and walk through it. Explain to yourself that nothing is wrong, stop reading about swine flu, and focus on your breathing. Try the following videos for guidance. You are going to be just fine. It will pass quickly. Accept that it happended and move on. Do not focus on the issues that you had before, as they are over and gone. Here are the videos. I realize not all anxiety and panic disorder is nutritional, but it seems to have been in my case. I would encourage everyone to look into their diet and get tested for deficiencies because that can sometimes be a contributing factor.
