Look around you and take note of everything you’re looking at. What color are the walls? What does the woman’s shirt say sitting next to you? How many letters are in the sign across the street? Little things like that to take your mind off of the panic.
Also I know it is so hard when you’re in the middle of it but try to remember that anxiety is just a feeling. Panic attacks cannot kill you. You will not die and the panic attack will not last forever.
