Panic attacks can be very sudden, appear to be unprovoked, and are often...
The thing with panic attacks is the thing that triggers one in the first place is a negative thought. When you better employ your control to the first anxiety symptom, the panic will not only diminish, but you will feel calmer. It is best not to give in to your irrational thoughts, but rather think positively and distract yourself. For example, when you feel yourself panicking, look at a poster on your wall and count the words on it. Preoccupy yourself. Also, when you feel more panic coming at you, DO NOT try to oppose it. By silently telling it to go away and trying to force it out of your body, you are tensing up and the panic will only mount. Instead accept the sensation and even say, "Panic, come and get me." It is then that the anxiety will go away.
Do not give up or lose sight of your potential. You CAN overcome this, if you are patient with yourself. If you ever need to talk, feel free to message me. Best wishes.
