My Dr said it was nothing to worry about.
He called it Cardiac Arrhythmia.
I don't get it as often as I used to,
I tried taking some Magnesium Taurate, for a while. It really helped.
It is supposed to be really good for the heart, and even helps with depression.
Maybe check into it on Google.
You'll find that as your disorder waxes and wanes, so will the heart skips. All last winter, my heart skipped constantly - my disorder was at a peak. Now, I'm WAY better, and my heart doesn't skip at all.
I am on Xanax, and can take 3 a day, but I only ever take them when my anxiety gets to the point where I cant stay in or get to my *happy place*.
