Cutting the caffine and sugar down will help. Try taking multivitamins and going for walks to help clear your mind and get you some fresh air.
This could just be some slight sideeffects from your new medication if the symptoms get worse I would go back to the hospital or call a 1 800 number for health advice.

I usually have to pace to help ease them and I try to reason with myself. I guess I'm not great at handling them in the moment. I meditate and have found it to significantly reduce their occurrences but when I am actually having an attack the thought of meditating is overwhelming and absurd.
Good Luck at getting your anxiety under control! I know it's a journey but we have to keep trying.
