I believe those vitamins are prescription only because they are dosed much higher than the average OTC person should be taking.

So far so good. Stress levels a bit up, and as you know that can cause more flareups, so have to really manage that part. My third cleanse is doing well and almost finished to go onto the fourth cleanse. They are all different. I have found I have no appetite for meat anymore, it was difficult to digest anyways. A tiny bit of dairy and the rest veggies and fruits. Raw veggies are hard on my pancreas, so I steam them or saute in a very little bit of coconut oil. It sure is difficult trying to find a dr. that knows about this, so still looking, and in the meantime I am using trial and error with diet etc., or researching. This has been my life for nearly 20 years. I'm tried and weary.
