Not trying to worry you, it may pass. This used to happen to me. However, do not overlook it too long. If it's truly pancreatitis, you need IV fluids and pain meds. They will take you off food and water until enzyme levels return to almost normal. You may start to become nauseous as well.
Do NOT eat any fat, do not eat red meat, limit all protein and carbs right now. Essentially, eat veggies and drink water. NO ALCOHOL or caffeine at all. Hope you feel better.
