Same with Marshmellow root capusles, take it before you eat. It protects the stomach lining. Keep doing this about 3 times a day before you eat. Make sure you wait for about 2 hours after you take medications before you take both these herbs cause medications might not absorb properly if taken with the herbs. It really helps me sleep without pain when I take it before bed time. Eat light foods without any fat. Don't drink alcohol, tea or coffee until you are better.
