I have gotten sick 3 times the last week and a half.
By sick, I mean nausea, stomach cramps and vomiting.
The cramps are like a virus, not like pancreatitis.
This is nothing like my pancreatitis. But I was wondering, does it ever manifest itself in this way or cause this issue, or did I just happen to get a stomach virus 3 times in a week and a half, or have some other stomach issue going on.
Just thought somebody might know. I know you can't diagnose me, but maybe someone has had a similar experience you can share.

Once I went out to eat, and although I told them my dietary restrictions beforehand, I think they might have cooked my piece of fish in some oil or butter, because that night and for the next three days I was really sick with nausea, cramps, and diarrhea.

I experience diarrhea and nausea if I have to much fat in my diet. Going out to eat at a resturant is really a challenge. Last November I eat two pieces of pie at Thanksgiving and went to the emergency room the next night with pancreatisis and was in the hospital for 10 days. The doctors are not sure if it was from the fat in the pie or something else.
I hope your new GI has some answers for you and that you are feeling better soon.
Sometimes my stomach just starts gurlgling or churning and I'll have diareha that sometimes feels like when you would have the stomach flu.
