- Multivitamin
- Vitamin D and B12
- Calcium/Magnesium suppliment
- Large handful of organic greens
- Banana
- Frozen strawberries
- Almond Milk
- Carrot juice
- 2 cups cooked oatmeal
- Sometimes an orange
- 2 tbsp MCT Oil - yes regular oil kills me but this doesn't. Really helps with calories
- 1 scoop Protein powder - anything without artificial sweeteners
- 1 capsul of fish oil. Its the only real fat outside of mct in this whole recipe and is good for inflamation
- Cinnamon
The vitamix blender makes it unreal smoothly pureed. This one recipe has been my godsend. I eat it daily and although the lack of variety is not fun, the lack of pain and better nutrition is awesome. Feel free to tailor it to your liking.
