I would ask your GI first, but my doctor has me taking a number of anti-oxidants that have shown some evidence of helping with Pancreatitic inflammation. I take 400mg of Vit E, 100 mg of Grapeseed extract, 10,000 units of Vit A, fish oil, and acidophilus or probiotics. The good news is my CP is under control for the most part, but the doctor can't confirm if it's the antioxidants. I'm just glad I'm able to function and I would rather take vitamins/antioxidants than more drugs. The other advice I got was to stick to a very low fat diet, I try to stay around 20-25 GMs per day...which isn't easy.
