I eat a low gi diet
even though this is the opposite of diabetes, it is treated with the same diet. blood sugar ups and downs. my bsl was ok at doctors
but I did the drink test years ago to dx hypo glycemia
I find it hard to go without food. try sweet potato .. kumara soup.
we can get low gi potatoes in Australia . but hard to get.
