A weird pattern I'm noticing is that if I get too hungry, I start feeling really bad. So I'm trying to eat smaller and more frequently (i.e. healthy snacks between each meal).
regarding enzymes... I used to take it initial years... but since last 10 years I haven't taken any... my doctor said it doesn't help... it is better to regulate intake and help our organs do their respective jobs peacefully...
I personally experienced that meditation is the most effective thing for me... I believe that stable and healthy mental state will help our enzyme producing organs to work smoothly... this is the game changer... rest all are for immediate supports... there is no medicine for cure...
