I am sorry that you are having a hard time. That is the worst part of this disease, it steals your ability to "eat well" and take care of yourself. And, it does keep getting worse. I feel like I get worse every week. It is hard to wake up each morning and know that you won't feel well. I hope that today is a bit better for you. Know that we all care and are sending our best wishes and hugs to you.
Get better girl! I'm in the middle of a bad flare up too, but no throwing up for me. I have really never been a puker, just terrible pain and bloating. I feel for you and I really do pray that you get better fast. I will keep you in my prayers, God bless,
Doreen

When I go to buffets to eat with my family Im the only freak with a plate of cooked veggies, rice, fruit and jello since they are low fat/fat free and easier to digest. I get to sit there and watch the family eat meat, fried chicken, cheese cake, ice cream and all the good stuff.
I guess I should be glad I can still eat what I can. Ive noticed that when I eat out I need to take an extra enzyme pill along with my regular dosage in order to handle it all. Do you also have to do that while eating out?
