Actually had my thyroid removed several years ago, due to the Hemochromatosis, so I totally understand.. Between CP & HH my diet is all messed up & I crave carbs all the time.. Guess that could be the reason for the weight gain. Current have lost 30+ pounds with the recent CP attack and the infection.. So hope I won't get the carb craving again.. It is a battle.. Good luck..
