I have had pancreatitis for years now, but I had my gb taken out the first of july. Now, well nothing has changed except more bowel movements and more malabsorbsion. Anyway, I now have to look forward to the tpict surgery. I have not had anything set yet, but I know this will be the last thing to be done. Now my path heads towards that goal. So I just want to talk with anyone who has had it or is in the similar situation I am in. I do not fear the surgery at all. The only thing I don't want is to be diabetic. I think I like mountain dew too much and I don't like diet MD. Plus all the checking of sugars and such all the time. So let me know your situation please. Thanks,
