Just as long as I make sure to take it right directly before I take my 1st bite of food Im good. It Creon is taken on an empty stomach and the person doesnt eat with it they can get killer bad heartburn from it which is normal since it is an enzyme.
If Im eating a meal that's got more fat, protein and carbs in it I space the pills out throughout the meal.
Without Creon Im in terrible pain, barfy and in misery.
