8-12 oz cooked cold oatmeal
Extra Large heaping tablespoon of greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
A bunch of shakes of cinnamon
Fish Oil Capsule cut open
1/2 scoop protein powder
1/2 cup orange juice
Frozen Blueberries or Strawberries
I usually blend the oatmeal and juice first, then add the rest. Also I cook oatmeal in larger quantities and put it in the fridge because then its ready and cold. This recipe makes about 24oz which is a lot.
I know some can't tolerate dairy so feel free to skip the greek yogurt. Also, the fish oil likely raised some eyebrows but its only 1 gram of fat and fish oil is an excellent fat and an anti inflammatory.
These shakes are delicious and getting me through life right now. Hope someone else likes them. Good night everyone.
