It's really good to hear that you are finally getting treatment. How have you been feeling? It's been a while since I heard from you.
Don't let the crazy remark make you crazy. Did that sound right? Anyhow, I have been praying for you. I really hope they take good care of you. Medically speaking, you have been through a lot of really bad stuff. What you need now is people who care about you and help make you better. Did you pick a good GP and Gastro that you like? Are they "Keepers"?? Let us know. God Bless You and I will add you to my prayers tonight. My prayer list is getting pretty big. We all need prayers and I know they help. I had an echocardiogram yesterday and I was praying for a good result and I got it! I get to live to fight another day! Chris...
So glad your echocardiogram went well. That is great! Fighting another day is always good. I once told the best surgeon in St Pete that he was" wrong last year about my gallbladder and that he was wrong again this year about my appendix." Boy did he start yelling at his office staff like the office was on fire!!!!! I still get a kick about that....... :) Thank you for praying for me and a huge thanks for being a big brother. I need one. :) k
Yea, what do they know, I have drs tell me that all the time when I tell them when they found my Hemochromatosis my O2 saturation level was at 42%. They always tell me you wouldn't be up walking if your O2 was at 42% much less recover from it, then they read my file and see because my blood was so thick and concentrated with iron and read what my levels were, then they always apologize to me..It's because with me the levels dropped gradually by body grew accustomed to it..I was very tired, and always out of breath and no asthma treatments did any good.
When you go back ask your doctor if they actually read your file..Then tell them how your offended by the crazy remark.....

Miss Sophie, bless your heart, 42% o2 stats are just awful. I cringe at that. My new primary care doc said "it takes one to know one" about the crazy remark. She made her visit a true meet and greet even though I was afraid to say it - she did. She believed me without looking at my records. k
