the metal taste and burning sensations may be related to dental issues...which get exasperated when the pancreas gets out of whack...severe infections get worse as your pancreas hurts and vise versa...also...have you googled "burning mouth syndrome"? caused by a vitamin deficiency of B1 and B2 mainly ....which if your pancreas is indeed messed up you probably have vitamin deficiencies...
Herbal teas may help as well...Echinacea, chamomile, milk thistle, nettle, moringa ...are some to try..."Traditional Medicinals" is a good honest brand for teas..
I hope your doctor listens to you...it is very upsetting when doctors brush people like us off...
It's been two weeks since my ER visit..
Still getting hard bloated stomach which may come + go
And pressure between top of my ribs
So afraid to even have missy food
Seems to get worse
I've been severely constipated too
Not not if the medicine i take daily for other issues is irrat sting my pancreas.. Lost 9 pds already
Not seeing GI doctor for another 9 days
