I now drink my coffee black, and limit myself to two cups in the morning. I also switched to a more reasonable size cup over the giant cup i use to have.
The real game changer was taking 1 class of water before for each cup of coffee.
This seems to take the edge off.

Thanks for the tip. I find even the decaf which still has very low amounts of caffeine to effect me. Do you have 24/7 pain like me or your pain just comes and goes with food?
