Not really as weird as you might think, I've been known to go for a week without eating much more than a few crackers. The pancreas is an integral part of your gastro intestional tract, and as such can cause all manner of havoc with you including but not limited to not feeling like eating. I have a recommendation if you live where it is available, medicinal marijuana. It should help with your appetite as well as relax your intestional tract and possibly make the always needing to go to the bathroom feeling go away. Just a thought....

I get hungry and then when I sit down to eat the hunger goes away. I've been forcing myself to eat for the past few weeks.

I hardly ever have an appetite. I use mmj, to stimulate my appetite and relieve the nausea in order to get and keep food & liquids down. I've been having a really hard time eating much of anything lately. Sweet potato's & Greek yogurt have been about all I can tolerate.

i have not enjoyed food in three years i dont even enjoy half the things i used to drink im on a feeding tube cause i couldnt take in enough food to keep me alive do the best u can to keep your weight up its very hard to get back and contributes to your weakness i have no appitite at all its not weird unfortantly its standard good luck

I experience the same. Currently I am on TPN because I need to increase my nutrition. The last time I ate was in February of this year. Its awful but it passes.

I can relate. I went into the hospital recently for that purpose and then came home on TPN. I am still learning so much of myself with this illness. But, I am so happy to have all of you to talk to when I feel that I am the only one with CP.......
