Has anyone else ever played around with essential oils for both their digestive and mental supportl? I've just started and I'm loving it so far but am new so would welcome any suggestion.

I'm going to give them a try :-). I'm not sure I am a believer yet but I also was not a believer in acupuncture or reflexology and am now a believer in both.
Let me know which oils you try, where you put them and how often... I'll try to do the same on my end.
