I also hope to be doing some grant-writing & fund-raising for them which was made possible through the gracious generosity of God & other good people donating their older equipment to me plus attainong my Masters in anagement of Non Profit Organizations in 1999 when I was 59 years old!
(I am also presently selling advertising signage for the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish Festival, September 6,7,& 8, 2012. The rates are Stage location = $500, Booth location = $250 & a group ad = $`100.) We are in a new location this year and have a really great stage presentation planned as well as games & food booths invilving local restauranteers as well..
In addition, I am going to participate in another ministry at the church involving to he visitation of those who are confined by hospitalization or who are house-bound because of chronis illness. I am donating my Sunday afternoons for this. I am waiting for my state clearances to clear before I begin this venture. I am a new & active member at my church and am also joining The Christian Mothers Guild & The Resurrection Choir who sings at funerals.

the new charity is the gifts of a lifetime, childfun international, i just sent them three fruit trees for $25.
i want "lawns" to become ILLEGAL and all properties should have fruit trees and berry bushes, they are doing this in seattle at the minute, trying it with a park first. its FREE FOOD. forget what they are calling it. its ABSURD that people are starving when all you need to do is plant trees instead of lawns and STOCK ponds and lakes with FISH!
In addition, our group sponsors secular parties, events & presentations in addition to Christian ones. We will celebrate our one year anniversary on April 7, 2014.
Currently, we are hosting a birthday party for all the residents the first Sunday of every month. Guess WHO bakes the sheet cake!!
