The line went round the block at that Catholic Church. But it was WELL worth the wait and there was ALWAYS plenty where you finally got served...

Mine was years ago when I could digest it - fillet mignon, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, peas and cheese cake. And I wore a size 9 then. Sigh.

Here some ladies from several churches get together to make home made meals for the homeless shelter, good food, and plenty of it.

i also LOVE escargot and there is a place over there that serves with with cognac sauce on a pastry shell. omg!!! to die for.
i feel great all week when i have really good food like that. lol.
