Why does my neighbor have three pens. In one is a bunch of black chickens (I hears chirps in a coup like structure so there must be chicks). In the second pen a huge pot belly pig. In the third three small to medium sized dogs.
We don't exactly live in the country and their pens are attached to our chain length fence (granted these pens were there before we moved in occupied with various animals already).
They never clean the pens out nor do those poor dogs ever let out of their pen. So it is a smelly mess. Why do they even have these animals??????

And I wonder why city ordinances for that stuff are not enforced & if they don't exist already - Why not?

Why do people get up & leave out the front of the church in the middle of the closing hymn like it is nothing... Why don't they understand praising God IS SO IMPORTANT?
