I recently heard a great 2007 song the other day, "Falling Slowly" because it popped up in my newsfeed, accompanied by the sad news that the male singer, Glen Hansard, just died in a motorcycle accident. When our dil was dating our son and talking of marriage she told him she wanted (kiddingly) a 3 carat diamond ring.. I found a cute little Christmas Box about the size of a ring box and at the end of gift wrapping I handed her this little box and told her it was a special gift to be given at the end of wrapping by our son,,,she got all excited saying "Oh my gosh" "Oh my gosh" and when she opened it she found 3 little baby carrots....Everyone just laughed ,,,we told her that was about the only way we could figure her to get the 3 carats (carrots)...Am glad she had a good sense of humor....she laughed too!!
