I would say Music, that is what gives me hope, certain songs, music relaxes, calms, helps me to just tune out for moment or two

It does not actually DO anything, or accomplish miracles, but for me it gives me hope, gives my mind a rest from worry, from fear.

I too struggle with hope....I"m losing my home to back taxes...had to watch my boyfriend lose his house to foreclosure and then finally having to file bankruptcy. These are tough times and I have to remind myself that I am lucky...that i have a roof over my head and even if I did lose that roof my kids would not let me become homeless....still it is hard. I have a house that sits empty...because it needs too many repairs and I can't find a job to save the place. My kids say just let it go....and I will because I have no choice. What I'm trying to do now is to find someone who wants to buy a house cheap and let them have it for the back taxes. The place is paid for and it bugs me no end that I'll lose it for about ten thousand. I guess the good thing is...now when I write about it I no longer shed tears...so I must be letting go.

My children give me hope...music also brings peace to me...walking is probably one of the best activities I can do to make myself feel better. Where there is life there is hope....I try to think of ways I can make a difference...even a smile can lift a person's spirits.

Prayer gives me peace and in that here is love with that love recieved from God spread joy and understanding wisdom ,grace and mercy for others. If everyone would volunteer there spare time and knowledge with others it would make a difference for many people in despair. Each one of us has our own experience some have none at all. Love where you can share what you will and care for others.

I have God in me ~ God IS Love! Therefore since that is true ~ I have God IN me and I have the Love of God in me..
