Well, I just did it! Yep, I just got up and mopped the floor. I had been thinking about it for a few days, but for some reason just didn't mop.

And then today I told myself to just quickly move the movable stuff off the kitchen floor, like the trash basket, dog bowl and such. Then quickly sweep. Then mop. It felt good to get it done. But I had to work quickly. I kept finding myself "distracted" by tv, the computer, the newspaper, etc! I think what made this happen today is that I decided to do it very, very quickly. That seemed to set my mind and body in motion...that I could do anything quickly...it wouldn't take long, and it wouldn't keep me from doing other things that I wanted to do. It worked. I rushed and I focussed on the floor. It's done! Ahhhhh
