You should give rest to your eyes. May be it is happening when we are sitting long hours using phone, computer, etc. If you feel something bad about your eyes, visit a eye doctor.

True. Sometimes I forgot. My eye doctor did have me instructions on how to prevent or help. But I forgot
Gladia
My brother had a similar problem. He is in his early thirties, and he used to face issues during night drives due to blurry vision. So he consulted an ophthalmologist ( https://www.clearviewinstitute.com/ )to find a solution to this problem. After a detailed check-up doctor said that the issues were the early symptoms of hypermetropia, he suggested doing laser surgery at this stage could give a positive result. So he did his laser surgery at the earliest, and with the proper aftercare, his vision is now correct. We are so happy for him. So I recommend you to consult a doctor at the earliest without any delay and do the needy.
