Good luck.
nanny1611- I can walk & care for myself. Gross motor skills are of relatively little effort now, yet something simple as reaching over to get a pencil from the drawer will flatten me for 2 days. 4 fractures are in my Thoracic spine just between the shoulder blades & the 5th is in the Lumbar spine. 22Lynn- Thank You! :) it's comforting to know that you benefit greatly from swimming! I now have the confidence that swimming will be a benefit for me!

I take the cal/mag, D3, K2(mk-7) & potassium iodide with L-Tyrosine. When I had blood work done before the ortho was ready to prescribe the Forteo, she checked my Thyroid function, as it too plays a role in assisting bone formation. I am interested in the Strontium Citrate & will research how this supplement aids bone formation!
Hugs and Thank You!
The downside was gravity eventually took over later in the day & I "wilted back down". I will get stronger eventually!
