I had hyalaronic acid shots in both knees. It helped a little but no bad
reaction. I will have another series in Jan.

That's interesting about the hyaluronic acid injections, because I know someone with bad knees who was greatly helped by hyaluronic acid supplements. I've never tried it.

I will try them again. I do take curcumin and MSM and that combination seems to help with the pain. I had a steroid shot a month
ago and it only lasted a few weeks. I'll just keep trucking on.
