Right now, I am keeping track of how much calcium I am getting in mg, as my doc wants me to get 1,000 mg a day and for the past two days I have been reaching that with just my food, so I will stick with that until I can get all the vitamins I need!

Is that too much K2?
I do not know who to turn too, since I got another email from my doc saying that if I want to do the herbal stuff I can,, but it leaves me open to a BAD BONE FRACTURE! Obviously he doesn't believe in herbal stuff!
