I tried Denosumab(Prolia) but didn't help so now on Actonel, does have side effects but am willing to wait to see if bones improve. What's the choice, broken hip and possible disability or death? Or try the medication for a year and see what happens. My only concerns are fatigue and heart rate (I have AF)

Before I start any med I read all I can about it. My doc is real good about using natural things if he is sure it might help me.
