I am trying to do things as natural as possible, I tried bisphosphonates but had too many side effects, and after looking into all the other treatments, and due to the fact that I have other medical issues I decided to try and help myself.

Thank you very much for the info. Unfortunately I highly doubt that I can go the 'natural' route for this. I have Addison's disease and its complications, one of which is Osteoporosis due to long-term steroid use. 'Natural' remedies and such are simply not strong enough to be effective at all. I've been on pretty heavy-duty medications for a decade now. But, I'm glad that I have several options for treatment of the Osteoporosis. Again, thank you very much. I know I'm not alone, but when someone replies to a post, it makes it quite comforting. :)
