I work.out on average every day, she metimes every other day and when I walk on the treadmill, I carry 2 lb weights do it helps me more. I never exercised at a gym last year. I also work out on a stair stepper machine. I can't lift weights as I have chronic pain and chronic Sciatica! Not quite sure what weight bearing exercises are except lifting weights? I do an occasionally use the elliptical, but I guess that was sent weight bearing.
The diet isso confusing...I do eat leafy greens, I drink nothing but water, don't smoke, don't fo street drugs. I don't eat excellent, but i fofollow a heart heathy diet.
Any ideas for weight bearing exercises that you guys do? What do you guys eat for meals? Thanks for any advice.
