i'm wondering if i should be on strontium citrate too? mmmmm is it a prescription?
i'm afraid to take fosamax after reading all the research results on it.
Strontium citrate is not a prescription, rather, it is a supplement. I use Doctor's Best Strontium Bone Maker, which I order from vitacost.com online. There is a strontium prescription called Strontium Renelate, but I believe that it is available in Canada, not the U.S. Hope this info helps you.
BTW, if you choose to try the strontium citrate, be sure to take it at least 4+ hours separate from the Cal-Mag, K2, D3 combo. Otherwise the strontium and calcium will fight for your bones. Also, from my research, it is supposedly best to take the calcium combo in the morning with food, and the strontium before bedtime on an empty stomach.
