I've never thought I could get cold sores from kissing my partner, she never has any symptom of an outbreak at that time. Can this virus still spread without symptoms? What should I do to deal with it fast? Help me, please!

Of course, HSV still spreads even though your partner has no visible symptoms. It will be more contagious if she has initial signs of a cold sore outbreak. Now, thing you need is to seek treatment for your infection. Antiviral medications, ointments, and topical creams, such as Prosurx, Acyclovir, Valacyclovir can be helpful.

yes, herpes still spreads without any symptoms. Have you tried home remedies to get rid of cold sores? I applied tea tree oil on the affected areas and it worked very well for my infection. You can try it, oregao oil, coconut oil, or honey.

Thanks for your reply. Tea tree oil worked for you while it caused irritation on my lip. The symptoms became worse and my lip was more bunring. I had to rinse it immediately.

Thanks for your reply. I'm short of the information about the virus, just think that it only spreads with visible symptoms, but I'm wrong. I tried tea tree oil, and lemon balm, but they didn;t help me much. Should I try Acyclovir, Valacyclovir or Prosurx as you recommended?

I can't sure which works well for you. People who have used Acyclovir and Valacyclovir have good results. But I chose Prosurx for my genital herpes and this cream worked amazingly. This cream also helps cure oral herpes, but I've ever used it for oral herpes, so I can't sure whether it works well for cold sores. You can give them a try to find your best treatment
