Well there may be a way which we can know where someone is without using our senses. Maybe psychic or something like this. I don't know, just an idea. You keep running into someone you want to run into. Who knows, maybe the power of intention. I recently caught a dog I had which was lost. The odds were so against me and yet I wanted nothing more then that at the time. I saw a double rainbow, the day before I caught her. I said that it was a sign and I would catch her. That day I saw her and got close, but did not catch her. The next day I actually caught her. And even the animal control officer could not catch her. Maybe a coincidence, but I think our intentions are important. Look, you keep running into him, don't know why, really. But I think it points to the fact that you want to see him. And you are being given ample opportunity to do just that.

Look, fate, magic, the lord, esp, intention, whatever, gets us so far, the rest is up to us. Take it from someone who has spent most of his life pushing away and avoiding the things I wanted, as if i was going to be punished for just wanting it. Don't do that. Find out what is there. If it does not work out, there will be others. But never finding out, that is a hard thing to carry for the rest of your life. At least try and see what is there. do you think maybe he has a part in this, because i have had this connection for three years going on four and he was always away from me instead of near and i felt frustrated because i wanted to see him so bad and just seeing him made me feel good, but now its like all the sudden hes everywhere i go, so maybe he wants to see me too? lol, no i dont know scratch, it dose seem a little like that but its not intentional, we end up in the same place at the same time but there is no way for him to know where i'am at, like the movies, he showed up before me and alot of times i see him at a store or like yesterday he drove right by me when i was getting in my car and looked right at me, its just weird i guess because this has never happened before.

what in the world is a gruffy scratch lol, and he actually has a really nice and big blue car that looks new, he comes from a wealthy family, too bad he had to drive by my house and see my crappy little car.

He might have an intension here too. The only way to know is to talk to him and find out. Again, regrets are the worst, and they usually are of the stuff we didn't do. At least that seems like the worst.
