At least that is some's attitude. I think if you see it as porn, it is porn to you. If you see it as art, it is art to you. Anything beyond that, it can become quite impossible to separate. And leads to the danger of judgement.

Whether or not it is 'art', my attitude is that, if it brings pleasure to some and no-one has been hurt or exploited in its production (and that is VERY important), that is fine by me. That said, Western cultural awareness tends to be that we shun material of a sexual nature as if it were something to be ashamed of. No wonder we get so hung up on all the small stuff!

actually all things are subjective and art is suppose to evoke a feeling and i don't think it was meant to be arousal..

I think much art was meant to arouse. I just don't think we get aroused the same way, from the same kind of things as people used to. I think we are desensitized now and it has to be more graphic now. It is such a grey area though.

Japanese art and poetry is very explicit and I think it is just about nature (human and otherwise). I like it very much. It's cheerful and natural and seems healthy to me.

The naked body is art. I like looking at a good nude painting.I think if it's done in good taste it's art.

I think that it has to have emotion and has to move you ....to be art ..most porn ..is just bad acting ..but if you get a very well made movie that has a very well made ...sex seen ..that showes love and a truly depth in there emotions of that love ..with very good acting than that can be art ..but only if the sean is important to the movie .........in art classes men and women ...pose nude for artist all the time ...and ..it becomes art when you look at the pictures the artist paint ....but the one who poses has a part in that ......
