Yes this group shall be shunned by all humanity because we are smokers, public-enemy #1! Here it is safe to discuss how you feel about the quest to ban smoking and anything else your little heart desires. We're not endorsing smoking though I'm sure some assholes will think we are. (Smokers of legal age only duuuuuuh LOL)

Shoot, around here, you better not let security see you with one even in your own dam car if it's parked on any hosp.'s property...automatic fine and you get to leave the area immediately, off course you are carefully observed to be sure you do in fact get off the grounds!!!!
I can remember just a couple yrs. ago when you could still smoke outside the building, there were countless numbers of patients, some even hooked up to IV lines, standing out front happily puffing away!!!!
I could get booze into my room and slug away easier than having a smoke!!!!
