Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
First, it's great that you joined this on line support group but,in addition to this, you need to see if your area has a local OCD support group so that you can have an extra boost and extra shot of support when you most need it like now. One can never have too much especially when times are at there darkest, toughest, and roughest.
Second you're way too down on yourself and your way too hard on yourself! You can't get out of that mindset by wishing yourself out of it and by willing yourself out of it- it just doesn't work that way. The only way to get out of it is with the proper tools and support. So cut yourself some slack because you've already done one of those now you just need to get the tools(and possibly some more support because it can't hurt only help). I wish the best for you and hope you start feeling better soon:)
