Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

Probably more than most with OCD.
Sometimes I feel like I'm in H*ll.
Unfortunately, as you can tell by what I've mentioned, I don't handle it well at all.
I know I'm supposed to say it's just my OCD messing with me, but it gets such a stronghold on me that it's hard to listen to that.
I have prayed to deal with it better and it has begun to help.
I'm sorry, I know I do this site referral all the time, but here is a site called Guilt Beyond a Reasonable Doubt that I think hits the nail on the head so to speak.
