Also, there are some very helpful medications that completely stop the OCD thinking. It's as if the OCD has just gone away. Look into prescribed medication as it would give you immediate relief.
Have you tried to speak with a psychiatrist about medication/therapy?
You don't have to live like this. OCD can be pretty much completely controlled, and you would not have any of these thoughts or rituals ever again. Help is out there. Please seek it. You deserve to have a happy life!
