Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
He would open his patio door and let it out to do its business and call it back in.
This wasn't allowed where I live, but for about 8 months I had to put up with the worry of being cornered or worse bitten by that thing.
I contacted my Rental Office who said they would take care of it (they lied) it wasn't until I sent a written notice to their Corporate online message system that it stopped.
Then the jerk got another one.
We can do what we can, but some people (whether intentionally or not) are always going to be something to contend with.
Unfortunately for a lot people with OCD who feel very uneasy with problems they can't control
this puts a real wrench in the system.
I hope things get better.
