Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.

1. Recognize worry and anxiety accomplishes nothing, it does not improve any issue or solve any problem, just makes the user and perhaps family members miserable.
2. Work to substitute constructive solutions.
3. If you made a mistake, create a problems and solutions book, identify what was done, what should have been done, how procedures could be improved, yell or rebuke yourself once and call it a day, don't treat yourself worse than you would any employee.
