Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
My depression comes from my ocd and never came from my meds.

I have to go along with Jerry. The same medication doesn't work the same way for everyone. If this medication has been working well for you, for all these years, why change it? It sure doesn't make any sense to me. If you have an appt. with your psych, I would ask what he/she thinks. Again, If you are doing good now, why change? I wish you the best. ((((HUGS))))
