I am currently struggling with severe OCD, mainly scrupulosity, general anxiety disorder, and dermatillomania. I have a wide range of symptoms but these seem to be the most intense and am currently looking into different forms of treatment. Have you struggled with OCD? What worked for you? Thanks for even posting to help.

Right, sorry. My symptoms are mainly obsessional, my thoughts center around good verses evil. I tend to need to go back and touch a place or person again because I feel as if I've done them harm with my thoughts. Lately, I've been having a problem because of my frustration at my endless loops of thoughts I get frustrated and angry and yell which makes my thoughts race which makes me think I'm doing more harm. Im looking for a way to calm myself down before that happens. And I started having palpatations today, I didn't think I was nervous about anything but then I got nervous about that. Endless loop, always. Lemme know if that was good enough info.

yea i can relate to the good vs evil thoughts. try and not look at it like that. when your having a thought that you catoragize as good or evil try not to do so be aware that your having this thought and just it keep going. what this might do is increase the anxiety but what its doing is making your thougts less important. getting frustrated with the loop know what u mean there - when going in the loop tht makes you frustrated try to just take some time out and reliese your getting frustrated calm yourself down. try and get into a new habbit of not rising to the thoughts less energy and time spent obsessing on them the less the thoughts r worth. reliese that ever has weird or evil thoughts that u have called them it doesnt mean there anything to do with your beliefs. also your thoughts arent doing anyone damage keep telling yourself no matter how much doubt you get into on that.
