Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
@kaylaw- definatley agree with u! when i think aboout the blinking or any obession it just starts it off! i had an obsession with always noticing my nose when talking to people and it was soo annoying! i could like see it or notice it and could not stop thinkin about it being there! darn it im doing it now!
@xio- i rekhon the blinking is definatly ocd related and shiftin focus will do the trick but its very hard :(
