Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Support Group
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric disorder, more specifically, an anxiety disorder. OCD is manifested in a variety of forms, but is most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive (repetitive, distressing, intrusive) thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or rituals) which attempt to neutralize the obsessions.
Thats just my thought.
We all have the same worries and they sound something like this.
1.Do I really have OCD or are these thoughts real.
2.Are these thoughts ever going to go away
3.Why is this happening to me.
4.Will I go crazy and act out on these thoughts.
ETC......
The point is we have all been down these roads of guilt with OCD and we have beat them before and we will beat them again just ride the wave til its over and live your life like you did before the OCD struck, thats what I am trying to do.
